When it comes to building web sites with WordPress, choosing a good theme can make life a lot easier.
While I normally use my own theme, The Privateer, when I need to build a web site, there are a number of very good themes out there.
As time goes by, I will do my best to add information on themes that I feel are very good for building fully functional web sites.
The Privateer Theme
The Privateer is my own wordpress theme, designed to include a lot of what is needed for building a fully functional web site. In addition to having a lot of functionality, it can also be made to present a wide variety of looks.
Current functionality includes skin support, template configuration, template overrides, fluid or fixed width layouts, sidebar configuration, header and footer configuration, template level SEO, sales page and squeeze page support, 3rd party application support, and more.
